The purpose of the Iaidou Club is to further interest in the art of Japanese swordsmanship, and provide a way for members to be able to practice together in a controlled and helpful way. We plan to be able to practice this non-competitive and non-contact sport weekly so members who are already proficient can tone their skills, while newer members can learn about both the culture and technique behind this ancient art.
