We are committed to adolescent obesity prevention through encouraging physical activity and healthy lifestyles in San Diego communities, as well as being advocates for a healthy environment. The program consists of the Health Champions curriculum and student facilitators who will actively engage students in hands-on/team building activities, cooking demonstrations, and limited didactic instruction.
